Housing rehabilitation

Rehabilitation of housing between party walls, developed on the ground floor, first floor and under cover, in the historic center of the town of Luanco. There was a previous basic project. Starting from the initial project, the work was focused on defining the execution project, modifying some aspects of the interior distribution.
The approach of the property was a second residence with a view to becoming the main residence of a family, with all the current comforts. The proposal aims to resolve the existing construction conditions, within the limits of the rehabilitation of a protected building.
